Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, accessing Ludolinx, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Ludolinx Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ludolinx.
The "Service" means Ludolinx, including the Ludolinx website, mobile apps, APIs, communities, social features, support channels, subscriptions, paid features, and related services.

What Ludolinx Is
Ludolinx is a platform for gaming-related social interaction, game discovery, communities, posts, comments, media, profile customization, and creative tools for the gaming community.
Some features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed over time.
- User accounts and profiles.
- Posts, comments, likes, media, and community interactions.
- Game discovery and game-related community features.
- Support requests, moderation reports, blocking, and safety tools.
- Social login, subscriptions, payments, credits, and AI-assisted tools where available.
Eligibility and Minimum Age
You may use Ludolinx only if you are legally allowed to use the Service in your country or region and can comply with these Terms.
Ludolinx is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Ludolinx only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in using supported authentication methods. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except where caused by Ludolinx own fault or security failure.
We may refuse, reclaim, rename, disable, or restrict usernames, display names, profile information, community names, or identifiers when they violate these Terms, infringe rights, mislead users, or create safety risks.

- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not share your account with others.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, brand, community, or entity.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
User Content
"User Content" means any content that you create, upload, post, submit, display, send, or otherwise make available through Ludolinx.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to post it. You must not post content that violates the law, these Terms, third-party rights, platform rules, or the rights and safety of other users.
- Profile information, posts, comments, communities, and community descriptions.
- Images, screenshots, profile photos, cover photos, videos, or attachments.
- Likes, reactions, reports, support messages, and other material submitted through the Service.
License You Grant to Ludolinx
You keep ownership of the rights you have in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Ludolinx, you grant Ludolinx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, process, moderate, translate, create technical previews or thumbnails, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where continued retention or processing is necessary for legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, backups, fraud prevention, enforcement, or where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
Public Content and Visibility
Some parts of Ludolinx are social by design. Depending on the feature and your available settings, your profile, username, profile photo, cover photo, posts, comments, communities, likes, and other interactions may be visible to other users or the public.
You should not post personal, confidential, sensitive, private, or third-party information that you do not want others to see.
Community Features
Ludolinx may allow users to create, join, manage, or participate in communities. Community rules must comply with these Terms, and community-specific rules cannot allow content or behavior that is prohibited by Ludolinx.
We may remove, restrict, rename, transfer, disable, or moderate communities when needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent abuse, or preserve the integrity of the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ludolinx or help others misuse it.
- Do not break applicable laws or regulations.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not access accounts, systems, APIs, or data without authorization.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
- Do not bypass security, authentication, rate limits, moderation, account restrictions, or technical controls.
- Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers, automation, or fake accounts in a way that harms the Service or other users.
- Do not upload malware, phishing content, credential-stealing material, or harmful files.
- Do not send spam, scams, fake engagement, or deceptive promotions.
Prohibited Content
Ludolinx does not allow content or behavior involving:
- Sexual exploitation or abuse, including content that exploits, sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors.
- Shock nudity, non-consensual intimate content, graphic violence, gore, or extreme cruelty.
- Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Promotion, praise, recruitment, or support for terrorism, violent extremism, or organized violence.
- Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, dangerous acts, violence, weapons misuse, or dangerous illegal activity.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, account theft, financial abuse, illegal goods, or unlawful regulated goods.
- Malware, spyware, credential theft, cybersecurity abuse, spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement, or deceptive behavior.
- Personal information shared without permission, intellectual property infringement, or content that violates applicable law, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, or platform requirements.
We may interpret and enforce these rules based on context, risk, severity, intent, recurrence, applicable law, and potential harm.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Ludolinx may provide tools to report content, report users, block users, restrict interactions, or request support. We may review reports, support messages, attachments, account data, metadata, and related content to investigate violations, safety risks, fraud, abuse, or legal issues.
Moderation may involve automated systems, AI-assisted tools, and human review. Automated or AI-assisted tools may help classify reports, detect unsafe content, reduce spam, prioritize review, or sanitize support and moderation inputs.
We are not obligated to monitor every action or piece of content, and we cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or removed immediately.
- We may remove, hide, restrict, label, or de-index content.
- We may limit distribution or visibility, disable features, or restrict accounts.
- We may preserve evidence for legal, safety, or enforcement purposes.
- We may report serious threats, exploitation, or illegal activity to appropriate authorities when permitted or required by law.
Enforcement and Appeals
If we believe you violated these Terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, applicable law, or platform requirements, we may take enforcement action. The type of action may depend on the severity of the violation, risk of harm, recurrence, intent, legal obligations, and the safety of users, communities, Ludolinx, or the public.
Where available, you may contact us to ask for clarification or request review of an enforcement decision. We may not be able to reverse all decisions, provide detailed internal reasoning, or disclose information that would compromise safety, privacy, security, or legal obligations.
Intellectual Property
Ludolinx, including its name, logos, branding, design, software, source code, interfaces, visual elements, features, and content created by Ludolinx, is owned by Ludolinx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Ludolinx intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Ludolinx software, branding, design, or protected materials unless expressly permitted by law or by written authorization.
If you believe content on Ludolinx infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at contact@ludolinx.com with enough information for us to review the claim.
Third-Party Services and Content
Ludolinx may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as authentication providers, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics services, moderation providers, AI providers, payment providers, app stores, websites, or external content.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ludolinx is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, security, or practices.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Features
Ludolinx may offer paid features, subscriptions, credits, digital items, premium tools, or other paid functionality. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase where required.
Payments may be processed by app stores or third-party payment providers. Refunds may be subject to applicable law, app-store rules, and payment-provider policies. Access to paid features may be suspended or terminated if payment fails, is reversed, or violates applicable rules.
If you have an active Ludolinx subscription, you must request subscription cancellation and wait until the cancellation is processed before deleting your account.
Privacy
Your use of Ludolinx is also governed by the Ludolinx Privacy Policy, available at https://ludolinx.com/privacy-policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how data may be shared, how account deletion works, how data may be retained, and what controls or rights may be available to you.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion using the available in-app settings, by contacting privacy@ludolinx.com from the email associated with your account, or by using the external account deletion page at https://ludolinx.com/account-deletion. If you need help with the process, contact support@ludolinx.com.
After you request deletion, your account may enter a 30-day recovery period starting on the deletion date. If you sign back in during that period, the account may be restored. If no reactivation happens during those 30 days, the account is deleted from active account systems and can no longer be recovered.
Some limited data may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement of Ludolinx rules, security, backups, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
Service Availability and Changes
Ludolinx is provided as an evolving service. We may change, suspend, limit, discontinue, or remove features at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from data loss. We may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, infrastructure changes, or emergency actions that temporarily affect access to the Service.
Beta, Experimental, and AI-Assisted Features
Some Ludolinx features may be experimental, incomplete, beta, AI-assisted, or subject to change.
AI-assisted features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, unexpected, or inappropriate outputs. You should not rely on AI-assisted outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
We may modify, restrict, disable, or remove experimental or AI-assisted features at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludolinx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations.
- We do not guarantee that content will always be accurate, complete, available, or appropriate.
- We do not guarantee that User Content will remain available permanently.
- We do not guarantee that moderation will detect or remove every violation.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludolinx and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, goodwill, access, content, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludolinx total liability for claims related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Ludolinx for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or BRL 100.00 if no payment was made, unless a different limit is required by applicable law. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ludolinx and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your violation of third-party rights, or fraud, abuse, or misconduct through your account.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Ludolinx at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy, create safety, legal, security, or abuse risks, infringe third-party rights, misuse the Service, or if we are required or permitted to do so by law, court order, platform policy, or regulatory obligation.
After termination, some sections of these Terms will continue to apply where necessary, including sections about user content licenses, moderation, intellectual property, privacy, account deletion, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service, website, email, app notification, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will apply from the date stated at the top of the page or from another effective date communicated to you. If you continue using Ludolinx after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise. Where legally permitted, disputes related to these Terms or Ludolinx will be handled in the competent courts of Brazil.
This section does not limit rights that users may have under mandatory consumer, data protection, or platform laws.
