Ludolinx is operated by 61.1422.615 GABRIEL RABELO MACHADO SANTOS, registered as MEI under CNPJ 61.1422.615/0001-47, who acts as the controller for personal data processed through the app and related Ludolinx services. Data We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, username, profile description, and profile or cover photos.
- Content you create, including posts, comments, communities, videos, likes, support requests, and moderation reports.
- Technical and usage data such as language preference, device type, diagnostics, and error logs used for safety and stability.
- Log and security data such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or app version, session metadata, diagnostics, and error logs.
Legal Bases and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, including under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, portability where applicable, information about sharing, and deletion, anonymization, or blocking of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data.
You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on consent. We process data to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect users and Ludolinx, operate and improve the service, and obtain consent where required by law.
How We Use Your Data
- To create and maintain your account, authenticate sessions, and personalize the in-app experience.
- To display your social content, power community features, and respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and other violations of our platform rules, code of conduct, and this privacy policy.
Moderation, Safety, and AI
Content reports, support messages, and attachments may be analyzed by our moderation services to help detect abuse, harassment, spam, and other safety risks.
We may use automated systems, including AI-assisted tools, to help classify reports, detect unsafe content, reduce spam, and prioritize moderation review. These tools support our moderation process but do not replace all human review.
Platform Rules and Prohibited Content
Ludolinx does not allow sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, shock nudity, graphic violence, threats, promotion of terrorism, self-harm encouragement, dangerous activities, illegal content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, hate speech, harassment, spam, or material that exploits minors.
We may remove, hide, restrict, de-index, or disable content, communities, and accounts that violate the Ludolinx code of conduct, this privacy policy, or applicable law. We may also preserve evidence for internal investigations, platform safety, and legal review.
Legal Requests, Preservation, and Disclosure
We may preserve content, support messages, attachments, and account information when needed to comply with legal obligations, court orders, regulatory processes, or investigations involving fraud, threats, exploitation, violence, serious safety risks, or other significant violations.
When permitted or required by law, Ludolinx may disclose related content and account information to government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other competent bodies for legal review, law-enforcement purposes, and the protection of platform, user, or public safety.
How Data Is Shared
- Your public profile, posts, comments, and communities may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings.
- We may share data with service providers that operate Ludolinx APIs, hosting, storage, security, support, analytics, and moderation.
- We use third-party providers for social login and payments, including Google, Apple, Meta/Facebook, and Stripe, depending on the feature you use.
- We may use AI or moderation providers, including OpenAI where configured, to help sanitize, classify, and prioritize safety reports or support content.
- We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
International Data Transfers
Ludolinx and its service providers may process and store data in countries other than your country of residence. When required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls, and restricted access to production systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
Ludolinx may use cookies, local storage, device storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support social login and payments, improve security, and understand app performance.
Children and Minors
Ludolinx is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Ludolinx, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Support Requests and Attachments
When you send a support request, the text you provide and any attached screenshots are used to investigate the issue, respond to the request, improve product quality, protect platform safety, and comply with legal obligations where necessary.
Your Controls and Account Deletion
- You can edit profile information, manage available account and privacy controls, block users, and report content directly in the app.
- You can request account deletion from the settings page, by contacting privacy@ludolinx.com from the email associated with your account, or by using the external account deletion page at ludolinx.com/account-deletion.
- Your account enters a 30-day recovery period starting on the deletion date and can be restored if you sign back in during that window.
If no reactivation happens during those 30 days, the account is permanently deleted from active account systems and can no longer be recovered. Some limited data may still be retained where legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of Ludolinx rules.
Retention and Contact
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations, protect platform safety, and resolve disputes.
